1. Products & money returns:
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without giving us the reason why you want the products returned, within 15 days from the date you received it.
- Prerequisite is that the product should be in its original
packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it
along with the retail receipt.
The return of the products is free of charge and completed via Geniki Tachidromiki courier. If the return is made via another courier company, the return cost is paid by the customer. In order to exercise your right to a refund, you will need to fill out the return form with the following information: your name, the IBAN used to make the initial purchase and the bank to which it belongs, as well as the name of the beneficiary. You will place the form in the package and send it to our headquarters with charging the shipping costs to us.
The requests for change or return of products after the period of 15 full days are accepted only in case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.
From the moment you dispatch the package, worldofvision.gr receives it within 2-3 working days. In case you choose another courier company, we can not provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products. After receiving the product, we will process your request as soon as possible. Depending on the way you choose to pay your order, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date of the receipt of the products.
- Replacements Process
Ι. In case that you prefer refund to product replacement (for example, if you changed your mind, if you want a different color or another product) you can request it within 15 calendar days a) by sending an email to our email address email@example.com, b) by calling the Customer Service Department of the e-shop at 210 8015617.
- Whichever way you choose to contact us in order to immediately replace your product, you should share with us the number of your order, the SKU code of the product that you want to replace and the SKU code that you wish to receive.
III. After contact us, you will receive an informative email, with the details of the replacement order.
CHARGES AND SHIPPING METHOD
- The shipment of the new product and the return of the previous one is FREE of charge for you and the shipment is completed by Geniki Tachidromiki courier.
-If the return of the product is made with another courier company, the return cost is borne by the customer.
-During the delivery of the new order, you will give the parcel of the change to the courrier. (You will make a parcel exchange).
- If the new product that you have chosen is of greater value than the one you want to replace, you will be asked to pay the difference upon delivery in the form of cash on delivery. For this amount, you will receive the legal receipt.
- If the new product is of lower value than the one you ask to be replaced, the difference will be returned to you by deposit in the IBAN of the bank, with which you made the initial purchase.
